We deliver by UPS Service almost to any country of the world. The price for delivery appears while making an order, or ask a manager.
Due to constant flow of orders, we don’t always have all models in stock. As a rule, it takes 7-10 days to produce the order (but this time can be stretched in prime times). The time of shipping takes from 2 to 10 days, depending on a country. If you have a deadline or you need the order by a definite date, get in touch with some of our managers for details or leave a comment in the order.
Put pixel pixel poi and accessories into the cart, input personal data and address for delivery. Go into payment step. We accept payment by card or PayPal.
We offer worldwide shipping with UPS. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping time doesn’t include handling time. The approximate shipping time is:
For European countries: 3-5 working days.
USA, Canada: 3-5 working days.
Japan: 4-7 working days.
Asian countries: 5-7 working days.
Australia, New Zealand: 5-7 working days.
Please, note that here in Russia we have long New Year’s holidays that can affect the process of shipping. That’s why we recommend to contact with our managers via direct or website widget to learn more.
It can happen on a number of reasons. We recommend the following solutions:
1) Check out if your card is available for international payments;
2) Check out if your card limit is not exceeded;
3) Try to use another browser;
4) It seems, your bank takes safety measures, going along anti-fraud policy when you try to buy from abroad. Call to your bank to validate the payment.
5) Try to change the method on PayPal (a line "Payment method", below the address). Even if you don't have a PayPal account, you can use this method. Click "PayPal checkout" => "Create an account" => put your card data. The PayPal method takes 1% commission from the purchase.
Ignis pixels are strong enough and can survive incidental drops and hits. Despite this fact, you should bear in mind that this is a technically complex device. Be careful with it and use training dummies for practice. It will help to make the life of your pixels much longer.
We give 2 years warranty for all models, 30-day moneyback period and free technical services including free repairs during warranty period. If there is something wrong with your props, please get in touch with our support team by email: [email protected]
It depends on the number of factors: model of poi, brightness, color saturation of pictures (white color consumes the most of power). Approximately, short models of poi work 2-3 hours, long ones – 1-1,5 hours. In other words – more than enough for one night of performances.
All models are convertible. Short poi (32Tech, 48Lite, 80HD Tech) can be used a nunchaku, just change the loop. Attach poi to a staff connector and you get a staff.
Turn on the poi, press UP and DOWN buttons for half a second. The LEDs blink once – the wireless option is turned off; the LEDs blink twice – the wireless option is turned on.

You need V2-2.1.4-firmware160HD(client’s model)
To flash V2 devices using the Pixel Poi Utility, you need:
1. Rename the file with the firmware to "cr_iPixel.hex" and put it next to "Download.exe".
2. Connect the device to the PC and make sure that it is defined as "COM4". If this is not the case, you need to change the device port to "COM4" and reconnect the device to the PC.
